Orders

Changes to Orders: If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@ioniswim.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in process.
Pricing and Payment
Prices: All prices on our website are listed in € currency.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that you will notify us of any changes to the payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for detailed instructions.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
