If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Important Notice on Hygiene Products (Swimwear)
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and hygiene liners intact.
If the hygiene seal has been removed or broken, we regret that we cannot accept a return or issue a refund, in accordance with §18 FAGG (Austrian law) and EU consumer regulations.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
