Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the withdrawal form provided below. Alternatively, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

Important Notice on Hygiene Products (Swimwear)
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and hygiene liners intact.
If the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund in accordance with §18 FAGG (Austrian law) and EU consumer regulations.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is the result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
