Return & Exchange Conditions of ÏONI Swim

Thank you for choosing ÏONI Swim! We hope you're delighted with your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange a purchase within 14 days of receipt as provided below. Please follow the return instructions using the same carrier that delivered your order. For exchanges, refer to the details provided below.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered – with tags still attached. Please include all item boxes, dust bags, and hygiene stickers with your return.

• We provide one prepaid return label per order. If you choose to use a return label purchased independently (not provided by us), we will not be responsible for any lost packages. In such cases, the customer will still be entitled to a refund once the return has been successfully processed, but the risk of loss or damage during shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Only return shipments made using our provided return labels will be covered by us in case of lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier (such as DHL or others).

• Return shipments must use the same service as the original delivery.

• We can only accept returns from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the return will incur import and shipping fees at your expense.

• Customized items cannot be returned.

Once your parcel has been received, please carefully inspect the items. If any goods are damaged or defective, you are required to inform us immediately upon receipt. Kindly contact us at info@ioniswim.com within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect the eligibility for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Conditions

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition – unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Please include all item boxes, dust bags, and hygiene stickers with your return.

• Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different product altogether.

• Please note that an item can only be exchanged for a different size once.

• Merchandise must be returned in a single parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

• Exchange shipments must use the same service as the original delivery.

• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the exchange will incur import and shipping fees at your expense.

• Customized items cannot be returned.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of Purchase Through Return
Your purchase will be automatically cancelled if you return the items within 14 days as specified above.

Cancellation of Purchase in Writing or by Phone
You have the right to cancel your purchase contract in writing (via email, fax, or letter) or by phone within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, please ensure the items are returned within the following 14 days.
