Return & Exchange Conditions of ÏONI Swim

Thank you for choosing ÏONI Swim! We hope you're delighted with your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange a purchase within 14 days of receipt as provided below. Please follow the return instructions using the same carrier that delivered your order. For exchanges, refer to the details provided below.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered – with tags still attached. Please include all item boxes, dust bags, and hygiene stickers with your return.

• We provide one prepaid return label per order. If you choose to use a return label purchased independently instead of the prepaid return label provided by us, the return shipment will be sent at your own risk. In the event of loss or damage during transit, ÏONI Swim cannot accept responsibility. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been successfully received and inspected by our team.
• Return shipments must use the same service as the original delivery.
• We can only accept returns from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the return may incur additional import duties, taxes, and shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility.
• Customized items cannot be returned.

Inspection upon Delivery

Once your parcel has been received, please inspect both the parcel and the items immediately. If any item is missing, damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ioniswim.com.

To allow us to investigate the issue, please include clear photos of:

• the parcel (including the shipping label),
• the outer packaging,
• the contents of the parcel, and
• all items received.

Please keep the original parcel and all packaging materials until the investigation has been completed.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe or to provide the requested information may affect your eligibility for a refund, return, or exchange.

Exchange Conditions

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition – unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Please include all item boxes, dust bags, and hygiene stickers with your return.

• Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different product altogether.
• Please note that an item can only be exchanged for a different size once.
• Merchandise must be returned in a single parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
• Exchange shipments must use the same service as the original delivery.
• We can only accept exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the exchange may incur additional import duties, taxes, and shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Purchase Through Return

Your purchase will be automatically cancelled if you return the items within 14 days as specified above.

Cancellation of Purchase in Writing or by Phone

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract in writing (via email, fax, or letter) or by phone within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, please ensure the items are returned within the following 14 days.
