Payment Options at ÏONI Swim

Payment by Credit or Debit Card
When you reach the "payment" step during checkout, please select the option to pay by card.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
To complete your payment, simply enter your card details on our secure payment page. ÏONI Swim uses advanced SSL encryption technology to ensure that your card information is transmitted safely and securely.
The order amount will be held on your card as a payment authorization until your order is either dispatched (and the payment is processed) or canceled (and the authorization is released).
For all credit card payments: any refunds from returns will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
Payment by PayPal
Please select "PayPal" as your payment method, and you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your credentials to confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can quickly register and complete your payment.
For any returns, refunds will be processed back to the PayPal account used for the original transaction.
Payment by Apple Pay
Please select "Apple Pay" as your payment method at checkout. You will be prompted to complete the payment using the details saved in your Apple Pay account. Simply authorize the transaction using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
For any returns, refunds will be processed back to the Apple Pay account used for the original purchase.
Currency and Taxes
All payments are processed in EUR (Euros) for customers in the European Union and most other international locations.
For customers in the United States, the payment will be processed in USD (US Dollars). You will see the prices in USD and your payment will be completed in US Dollars at checkout.
The prices listed include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered by ÏONI Swim and will be charged by the respective customs authority or carrier.
Consumer Protection and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods. For further details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, or other products for which a return or exchange is not permitted under applicable law.
