At ÏONI Swim, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. We work with trusted logistics partners such as Austrian Post, FedEx, and DPD, depending on the destination.
In many cases, your parcel will be handed over to a local delivery carrier such as DHL in the destination country to ensure safe and timely delivery. If DHL is not the ideal option for your country, we will select the most suitable carrier to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Kindly note that we only ship within Europe — intentionally, as part of our focus on quality, sustainability, and exclusivity.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the European Union (EU) — no minimum purchase required.

For European countries outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €20 will be applied at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

Currency and Taxes

All payments are processed in EUR (Euros) for customers in the European Union and most other international locations.

For customers in the United States, the payment will be processed in USD (US Dollars). You will see the prices in USD and your payment will be completed in US Dollars at checkout.

Please Note: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. ÏONI Swim is not responsible for any such charges and they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping is not available to all countries. Please check the list of available countries at checkout.
