At ÏONI Swim, we are committed to responsible, transparent, and ethical production. All of our swimwear is crafted in Italy, ensuring fair working conditions and exceptional craftsmanship.

For our uni-colored styles, we exclusively use ECONYL® yarn – a regenerated nylon made from pre- and post-consumer waste, entirely produced and spun in Italy according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. From the first prototype to the final piece, the complete production process takes place in Italy.

For our printed designs, we use premium fabrics made from recycled polyester (rPET), sustainably sourced and printed in the Netherlands using eco-friendly techniques. These printed fabrics are then processed, sewn, and finished in Italy with the same attention to detail as our uni-colored pieces.

We proudly meet and exceed the requirements for the "Made in Italy" designation, with more than 50% of the production value created within Italy. For full transparency: while the uni-colored fabrics are entirely produced in Italy, the printed fabrics are sourced and printed in the Netherlands but fully processed and finalized in Italy.
